Websites

The visible surface of a system: a site built on a component design system, with search structure and measurement inside the product rather than bolted on after launch. Defined scope, a published starting price, a date you can plan against.

The problem

Most company sites are a brochure with a contact form. They rank for nothing anyone searches, address two different buyers in one voice, and end without a next step. The business grows in spite of the site, and nobody can say what the site contributed.

The cost of doing nothing

Search sends the enquiry to somebody else. The visitors who do arrive cannot tell within ten seconds whether you are for them, so they leave. And with nothing instrumented, there is no evidence of where it broke — only an impression that the site is fine.

What we do

We start from the business rather than the design. Who buys, on what evidence, and what has to be true before anyone gets in touch. That answer is usually different for two or three audiences who are currently reading the same page.

So we separate them. A private customer and a company buyer are not weighing the same proof, and a page trying to convince both convinces neither. The structure follows the purchase, not the org chart.

What gets built is the visible surface of something larger. Underneath it sit research into the market and the competitors, a position that holds up under questioning, a component system rather than a set of drawn screens, and search structure and measurement inside the product instead of added after launch.

That is a starting point and not a finish. The first months tell you which questions people actually ask, which audience moves and where they stop — and those answers are what the next decisions are made on. Brand work, content, SEO and campaigns continue from there. They are scoped and priced separately, and every one of them is cheaper once the foundation exists.

What is included

  • Structure and content map

Five to seven pages, mapped to how each audience decides, rather than a menu inherited from the site being replaced.

  • Design on a component system

A small set of components instead of drawn screens, so the next page is assembled rather than commissioned.

  • Responsive implementation

One implementation that holds from a phone to a wide desktop, with the same content and the same actions on each.

  • Content management

You edit text, images and pages yourself, without a developer and without the layout coming apart.

  • Forms and enquiry routing

Enquiries that reach the right person with their context attached, instead of an address left in the footer.

  • Technical SEO foundation

Semantic markup, metadata, sitemap, performance and the structure a crawler needs to index what you actually sell.

  • Analytics configured before launch

Measurement in place on day one, so the first month is evidence rather than an impression.

  • Deployment and handover

Domain, hosting, certificates and a live site you own, with the access and the documentation that go with it.

Care & support

A site is a running system, not a delivered file. Monitoring, backups, security and updates, plus an allowance of changes each month — so the thing you paid for still works, and still moves, a year from now.

  • Uptime and error monitoring

Checked continuously, so the alert reaches us rather than reaching you as an email asking whether the site is down.

  • Backups, and restores that are tested

Taken on a schedule and restored from periodically, because a backup nobody has restored from is a hope rather than a backup.

  • Security and dependency updates

Applied on a schedule, with the risky ones staged and checked before they go anywhere near the live site.

  • Performance kept where it launched

Watched across months rather than measured once, so a slow drift is caught while it is still small.

  • An allowance of changes each month

Copy, a page, a form, a price — the small work that otherwise waits a quarter for a quote nobody wanted to ask for.

  • A response time you can hold us to

Agreed in writing and by severity, so a site that is down and a typo are not treated as the same request.

from 250 EUR/month

A monthly retainer rather than a project fee. The included allowance, the response times and what is covered are agreed before it starts, and the site stays yours throughout.

Price

The entry threshold for the scope above. Page count, integrations and content production move it, and we say which and by how much before anything is signed.
