1. Who we are
The data controller is DIGITAL & AI SOLUTIONS S.R.L., the company that runs digital-ai-solutions.ro. Its full company details (registered office, fiscal code, Trade Register number) are on the Legal Notice page.

2. What we process and why
The site has no accounts, orders, payments, newsletter or comments. The contact form is not active: you cannot send data through the site, only email us directly.
2.1 The server log
- Data: IP address, date and time, the address of the page requested, the browser type (User-Agent) and the referring page, if your browser sends it.
- Purpose: keeping the site running and secure, and diagnosing errors.
- Legal basis: our legitimate interest in a working, secure site (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
- How long: the log rotates automatically when it reaches 10 MB. At most five rotated files are kept, and those older than 7 days are deleted.
2.2 Traffic statistics (Plausible Analytics)
We use Plausible Analytics to see which pages are read and where visitors come from. The script loads from plausible.io on every page of the site.
- What is sent: the page address, the referring page and any campaign parameters in the address, the browser, operating system and device type, on-page engagement measurements, and the time each event is received. From the IP address, Plausible derives the country, region and city. We have not configured any custom events or properties.
- No cookies: according to Plausible, the service uses no cookies, no local storage, and creates no persistent identifiers.
- IP address: like any web request, the request to Plausible carries your IP address and User-Agent. According to Plausible, neither is stored. To count unique visitors, a code (hash) is computed from them together with a random value that is changed and deleted every 24 hours.
- Where the data is: according to Plausible, the data is hosted in the European Union, on servers in Falkenstein, Germany, owned by Hetzner, and does not leave the European Union.
- Legal basis: our legitimate interest in understanding how the site is used, without tracking you across sites (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
What Plausible does with the data is described in the Plausible data policy, which we consulted on 20 October 2026.
2.3 Emails you send us
If you write to hello@digital-ai-solutions.ro, we use your address and what you write to reply and, if you ask for a proposal, to prepare it (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR). Incoming email passes through Cloudflare’s email routing service.
2.4 Cookies
The site sets no cookies. The details are in the Cookie Policy.
3. Who receives the data
- Plausible Analytics: the traffic statistics described in 2.2.
- Cloudflare: runs the domain’s DNS and routes email sent to hello@digital-ai-solutions.ro.
- Our hosting provider: the server the site runs on, which holds the log described in 2.1.
We do not sell data and do not use it for advertising.
4. Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, portability, and to object to processing based on our legitimate interest. To exercise any of them, write to hello@digital-ai-solutions.ro. The GDPR requires us to reply within one month of receiving your request.
You can lodge a complaint with the Romanian data protection authority, ANSPDCP (Autoritatea Națională de Supraveghere a Prelucrării Datelor cu Caracter Personal), www.dataprotection.ro.
5. Security
The site is served over HTTPS only.
6. Changes
When what we process changes, for example if we switch on the contact form, we update this page and the date above first.
