Launch & Growth
We ship it, measure it, and improve it against real usage.
This is the discipline that finds out whether the other three were right. A launch is a hypothesis meeting its first real user; everything before it was reasoning.
Skipped, a project ends the day it ships and nobody can say what it produced. There are opinions instead of evidence, the search traffic everyone assumed never arrives, and the slow decay begins: dependencies age, pages get slower, and the thing quietly stops resembling the business it describes.
So testing happens as the work goes rather than at the end, measurement is configured before there is traffic to measure, and search structure is built into the product instead of retrofitted onto it. Then the loop — what people actually did, which questions kept coming back, what the next iteration should be. Which is where this hands back to strategy.
On the Solutions line it is the analytics and the technical SEO inside the base scope, and the care retainer that keeps a site from decaying afterwards. On the Custom line it is the fourth stage, where a system is extended against what real use turns out to demand.
