Custom

Custom software

Software written for the requirement rather than assembled from a platform. For companies whose processes, data and integrations are the difficulty — where the system is the strategic investment, and its scope is established before it is priced.

The problem

The business runs on processes no product was built for. Three systems hold the same data and disagree about it, the workaround has become the procedure, and the thing that would fix it sits on a roadmap somebody else owns.

Why a package will not do

A package is a bet that your problem is the common one. For a company whose difficulty is its own processes — the ones that make it competitive, or the ones it has outgrown — that bet is usually wrong, and the cost of it is not the licence. It is the year spent working around the parts that do not fit.

What does not fit is rarely a feature. It is the shape of the data, the systems that have to agree with one another, the rule that applies to a single client and cannot be deleted, and the volume the whole thing has to survive in two years. A standard deliverable covers none of those, because none of them are standard.

So the software is written for the requirement. Laravel and PHP where the business logic lives, Python where the data and the models do, Go where throughput decides it. API integrations with the systems already running, and — where the problem is retrieval rather than storage — semantic search, RAG and MCP. Not a platform bent until it fits, and not a template with the edges filed off.

That is a larger commitment than a package, and it is deliberately not sold as one. It starts with a discovery: the paid first step, and the one that turns scope and budget from estimates into decisions.

How we approach it

  1. 01

    Discovery

The problem as the business actually has it: processes, data, the systems already in place, the constraints and the risks nobody wrote down.

  2. 02

    Architecture

The system, its integrations and the infrastructure it runs on, decided and written down before code — these are the expensive decisions.

  3. 03

    Build

Built in iterations you can see and use, tested as it goes rather than at the end, so scope is judged against something that works.

  4. 04

    Scale

Optimisation, extension and continued development against what the system shows once real work is running through it.

Proof

4 Seasons Holidays, a travel agency in Ploiești. Its tour catalogue lived in the code, so a price change meant a deployment. In production since 2025: an admin its own staff use, an automatic image pipeline, and forty-four business tests where there had been almost none.

Is this the right fit?

For companies whose processes, data and integrations are the difficulty, and where software is a strategic investment rather than a line item. If what you need is a site, a shop or an automation with a known shape, the Solutions line is faster and cheaper, and we will say so.

Whichever answer is yours, the way in is the same: a paid discovery that ends in a scope, a plan and a number you can approve.
