The problem
WooCommerce with 1,209 accounts created since 2018; sign-ups had fallen from 342 a year (2019) to 25 (2025). The catalogue had no clean export. The brand releases periodic collections (“drops”) and a capsule with an artist — a sales model that did not fit the standard template.
The solution
A RO/EN store of its own, built around drops: 164 products / 1,570 variations extracted automatically from the old site; 1,200 accounts migrated with their WordPress sign-in kept working — nobody was asked to reset anything; stock that decreases automatically on order, with a log; the drop label generated by itself; filters by size, colour, material and capsule; favourites for visitors too; a product feed for theMarketer; GTM, Meta and TikTok; sitemap, hreflang, structured data.
The outcome
In the first 4 weeks: 7 orders placed by 5 new customers, 2 of whom came back — on a channel that now belongs to the brand, not to a platform.
In detail
The brand releases periodic collections — “drops” — and a capsule with an artist, “Macanache x DifferentCut”. The store is built around that model, not around a standard e-commerce template: the drop label generates itself for the current month, the filters know about capsules, favourites work for visitors who are not signed in.
The 7 orders of the first four weeks are orders placed, not revenue collected, and the customers chose payment on delivery. We publish no revenue figures.
