Decor Urban: a street-furniture catalogue, from “no price shown” to Google Shopping
A street-furniture distributor. The old catalogue had two-line descriptions and not one price. Now: 127 products, a three-step quote request, 75 products in Google Shopping.

The problem
An OpenCart site with 127 products, 24 words per description on average, 0 products with a visible price, duplicate product codes, 9 products listed twice. Institutions that wanted a quote phoned. Nothing reached Google Shopping.
The solution
A new store on code the client owns: 11 categories, search, filters by material and by promotion, a public-procurement badge; quote request as basket → company-details form → email to both sides → pre-filled WhatsApp message; an order panel with statuses (New → Quoted → Confirmed → Delivered); Google Merchant and Meta feeds regenerated daily; 127 descriptions rewritten (136 words on average) and 195 images remade in studio style with AI, each checked by a person; 301 redirects from the old URLs; GA4 and Meta Pixel; a PDF catalogue generated from the live data.
The outcome
A few weeks after launch the client had set up 75 priced products in the Google Shopping feed themselves, 19 on promotion — from the panel, no developer.
In detail
The catalogue was online, but on an old platform, with one- or two-line descriptions, no prices, no clear category structure and no digital channel for institutions to request a quote. The old site is still online; the new Decor Urban store was built beside it, not over it.
The product photographs are remade in studio style from the original pictures, with AI and with a person checking every image. We say so explicitly: they are not new product photography.
