Write to us directly and tell us what you are trying to build. Three sentences about the problem are worth more than a form with twelve fields in it.
Tell us what the business is trying to do and what is standing in the way of it. The system you have in mind is useful context; the problem behind it is the part we actually need.
If it is to hand, say what you have already tried, what is pressing on the timing, and roughly what solving it is worth. None of that is required. An email that says your stock and your invoicing disagree and it costs a day a week is enough to start on.
You will hear back from a person who has read it. If the answer is that somebody else is a better fit, or that a defined offer does this faster and more cheaply than a bespoke build would, that is what you will be told.
